That dude is a douche!!!!! He is well known in the hog dog world and is a ******! Has a real bad reputation as a piece of crap hustler when it comes to dogs (selling/trading/etc.

And I would love to see his great dane try to run through some of the country we have here!! That dog would get stuck in a thicket within 5 minutes of turning him out!!!

There is another one called Pig Bomb or something like that.
It played earlier and will play again later.
Kinda interesting.

That's what we do and I wasn't mad! I liked the "dog cam" really good, but they make it sound like you are going into a gun fight unarmed, typical TV bullcrap. Some dweeb producer is probably telling them to do this and do that, which makes people that do it all the time see it for what it is - staged!

I would love to go run my dogs in a high fence ranch and be able to ride the atv right up to the bay, and see the hog jump.......... FYI - several of us have tried to get Mr. & Mrs. L3 Outdoors to come over across the Sabine on some hunts, but they won't. We have a bunch of hog dog forums and they are not well liked in the circle!

I agree with ya'll 100%, but it does make for interesting TV. The worst has to be Billy the Exterminator.

Yep, they have ruined TV forever. On a side note, being an advid hog hunter, I did enjoy the scientist and the data that was given in the program. We have been seeing for years that it is taking longer and longer to stop "runners" and it has taking on a new challenge around here. I freaked when the young guys from Ga said they used to go out w/ one strike dog and get hogs.................so did we!!!!!!!!! But not anymore. Now, seems like you drop the tailgates and they are rolling.

We have to get some type of aggreement w/ large groups of landowners so we can wipe these things down some kind of way. We can get access to hunt some land w/ hog dogs, but you run into problems when they cross property lines. We have literally set at a fence for hours trying to call the dogs of a hog 1/3 mile on the other side and could not go in to kill the hog. SUCKS!

Unfortunately, I forsee the government stepping in sooner or later, and no good will come from that!

Whether it was staged, prompted or embelished, it still made for great T.V. to all of us novice, arm chair hog hunters. I wonder how the producer taught that hog to squeal like that. The whole series is definately an 'eye opener' to the risk and hazards of the sport...

Default OMG!!!

First off, I am shocked at the amount of people that hog dog and Bash the people that hunt one dog instread of 2 or 3 or 4, Its a sport, that we all love and yes im saying we because I Hog hunt as well, We all have different ways we hunt and Mine is one... I hunt big dogs 70+ lbs that can do it all, but who cares!!!! the show did both one out and 3 dogs they did not bash anyone, as far as L3 and the team they are just out doing what they love and got a good opportunity to do it on tv, someone said that they have invited Mr. and Mrs. L3 to come hunt and im sure they would. But all you wanna see is that 1 dog can run through your neck of the woods to prove something to you and who ever else says that a dane cant do it. In my opinion thats stupid, you hunt your dogs that u believe work for you, I would not waist my time to try to prove to someone my idea is right, for anyone but me!
