Kumho
Kumho makes the longest lasting 14'' radial tire. I've had mine for 2 years with minimal wear. They Kumho 857 trailer tires. $110-$120 at tirerack.com

I got my 14" tires from Interco in Rayne, they seem to be lasting real good so far. When I added my other axle to my trailer I picked up my rims from Leblanc's in Rayne also. You'll be looking at around 120$ a rim and tires setup in galvanize steel.
