well, It was a busy, but great weekend for me.

Started friday at the pen.

Picked up 3 Nice Bass weighing 6.9 pounds total. and i think we had 4 specks. it was slow.

Saturday, headed out to hopedale to fish the MRGO. We fought the traffic of boats, which was over 1/2 mile long to launch at BSM, got launched and headed out, i picked up 5 or 6 nice trout at the dam, and my buddy got some whities and a few specks. Got to tag a red.

Sunday headed to a new place on lake Pont. on a canal in the marsh. We started paddling and picked up some throw back reds which i tagged (4) and then picked up 3 more bass. Got to the lake and the trout bite was on. We had to head in a little early, we left them biting, picked up 2 keeper reds and 30 specks, one which went for about 2 pounds.

It was a lot of fun, the reds are very spooky right now in this super clear water, but winter patterns are starting to take affect i think.

Bottom of the Boot will post some more pics later, but here are some that i had on my phone

if i didnt see 1000 ducks today, i didnt see one.

they were everywhere

its not great quality, they were taken on the iphone. I think for christmas i will ask for one of those waterproof cameras with the float on it

Lake P was awesome today, never seen it smooth like that. it was glass and super quiet.

Reds were everywhere in the marsh, just so darn spooky

it was weird catching reds, bass, specks, and seeing sting rays in the exact same spot lol

Secret bait looks to be a 4" Tsunami "Limetruse color" swim shad. Maybe even the 3" hard to tell the exact size from the pic!
