Worked for me too. Good idea there. The biggest favor my dog could do for me is get lost though. Wouldnt have to feed that damn thing anymore.

The tagg is $99 and $8 per month, cheapest garmin is $599. With my discount its still too much of a difference for a collar that only gets used minimal days per year.

Wow nice find Raymond. I also heard that ATT has em also. Can save some people a lot of grief. Much more affordable than the garmin units. The weakness with all of these GPS units are battery life. Hard to make people charge the battery evey 18 hours. The verizon unit claims a 30 day battery life.

I am with you on the battery life but it shouldn't be too hard to maintain them. Couldn't find out if the battery is lithium ion or not but it may be possible with Li battery. You can order directly from the mfg also. If I had a daughter she would have one of these.

Website says dogs can swim with them, if I have time tomorrow I will call mfg and get clarification on "water resistant". If its like watches, it just means it can be submerged for x amount of time. Waterproof is submerged to x depth. Reefman, chime in on he differences please.
