Default Duck lease wanted

I'm tired of bumming hunts, and hunting on public land. I've tried to make myself lime deer hunting, but bucks cant replace ducks. I am looking for a reasonably priced duck lease for next year. I know reasonably priced is a broad term. What I am willing to pay would depend on the situation. I'm in lake charles and would like something within an hour's drive. Once again, depends on the situation. I have a 4 wheeler and a boat with a 40 HP outboard. I do NOT have a mud motor, but that could change depending on the situation. See a pattern here. I'm not looking for the best lease in the world. Some little pot hole some where would be fine. Just some place that I can take my young one and actually kill a few. Thanks a bunch for the help.

Don't ever get one from the newspaper classifieds... If they have to advertise its not worth it

Ricefield will b ur best bet with he least capital outlay. You boys need to have a meeting and discuss what ur looking for and expect from a partner. Get the details ironed out ahead of time so there are no assumptions either way. Should b able to find something around pine island/Fenton for $5,000/yr that will b average. From there u can move up when $$ permit or even add a blind and person for more options. Pretty sure Miami, apache, sweetlake l&o, have waiting lists miles long and few on here can afford anything on m o miller.

Good luck
