WANTED: 21 ft crossover boat, any suggestions

I have been researching 19-21 ft boats and still have not found what I want. I am looking for a relatively shallow draft (12 inches), but also want to take it out 10 miles offshore , and not get my teeth knocked out or wet in a standard 2-3 foot seas. The low profile of some of the bay boats like Skeeter will not work. I need something with a little higher sides. I also fish in 1.5- 2 ft water in Vermilion Bay. I would appreciate any hull manufacturer suggestions. Thank you for any responses.
