Default shrimp and grits

Cooked this not too long ago and wanted to share with all of you. Best shrimp and grits recipe I have tried. Enjoy with a cold beer.

I make something very similar and serve it over grits or pasta using shrimp or craw fish. My trick is instead of using ham i use grated taso. in the sauce. Not a big fan of Italian seasoning as it gives a non Cajun flavor cause them Italians USE STRANGE STUFF THAT DID NOT GROW IN THE YARD LIKE BASIL, AND OREGANO. Instead I use parsley and green onions and some garlic chives finely diced in the last few minutes. very tasty stuff indeed.

The best shrimp and grits. I have seen him and Bobby Flay do a cookoff which Mr Joe Barnet won hands down. He is the champion in GA. Once he gave a guy his receipe and still beat him.
