Default How I Like My Pork Roast

Step 1 is to start with fresh ingredients
Step 2 is stack on the spices
Step 3 is about 3 hours into the cooking pour in a pot of black coffee
Step 4 is 6 hours later and its time to enjoy

It was very good. Had 7 hogs in da truck before I took the pic. Gave one to my brother for helping me with cleaning them. Didnt do it this time but I like to throw in a bunch of quarted potatoes about an hour or so before the roast is ready.

I don't know what the coffee does but it does it. I learned that trick from my neighbor and I thought he had done fell off his rocker when he told me that. That was until I tried one of his roasts. Its just freaking awesome is all I can say
