$20 Million to Short Stop Ducks
Read 'em and weep. The federal government has authorized 20 mil to purposefully shortstop ducks coming to Louisiana so that they don't get oil soaked due to the BP spill. Oh brother, what a crock! Just one more misuse of our tax dollars.
