First time poster. Have been fishing V/B for a few years now, still have lots to learn. Anywho, took the bay boat deep into Marsh Island on Sunday and caught a couple of reds early on plastic, but then nothing the rest of the day. The tide was high and slack. We went through all the way to the Shell Keys and found nothing but croakers and gaftops on the reefs. Again, no tide movement at all out there.
Weather was perfect. Would have been a great day with a good tide range too. Lots of folks headed out at about 1-2pm as we leaving. Guess they know something I dont!
Cheers,
Pangea
