Default Day 2 - Los Suenos near Jaco Costa Rica

My son's "first" Pacific Blue. Estimated at 300#. 45 minute fight. Got some great video of it jumping. . Will post link once I get a good connection.

Also caught a few snapper on the way in and had cooked in a local place last night.

Early in the morning, went through a downpour trolling Raised a big blue marlin and he jumped three times behind the boat. Captain estimated at 500# plusImageUploadedByTapatalk1369077205.998833.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1369077229.994696.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1369077250.507244.jpg. After the rainstorm, manta rays were jumping all around us. It was crazy.

We'll be back for sure in the winter.

Fried the little one for appetizer and brought the big one in whole for grilling. Line, cilantro and garlic butter prepared by El Pelicano Restaurante!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1369078525.807843.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1369078539.265617.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1369078559.496033.jpg

Is that " The Pelican " restaurant. Pretty cool how you can bring a bag a fish and not say anything at all and it comes out 2-3 different ways.
