Default Bacon wrapped Duck!

Finally go my hands on some duck today! Want to bacon wrap the breasts and bake. Any suggestions? Whats your technique?

Cut breast and cream cheese into pieces. Take strips of bacon lay the breast on the bacon strips put cream cheese and jalopeanos and rollem up stick with a toothpick. Put on the pit and cook till bacon is crispy.

Sounds great!!! Thats sorta how I made them last time I tried it. Fresh out of cream chease though. May have to make a run to the store.

The cream cheese is a must. You can cook them without but way better with it

Also, add a piece of onion and sprinkle with a little Tony's.
