Default Maine "Crawfish"!

Well, the inlaws made it in safe and sound and an hour behind them, there was a box delivered. There was 10 lobsters ordered and a sack of clams. Somehow or another, there was like 15 lobsters in there! Here's how it all looked!

BTW, my wife, who is from Maine...Well, let's just say you don't wanna get in her way when she's after those clams or lobsters! I thought for a while that she had turned rabid!

I've boiled them cajun style before. potatoes, corn, the whole nine yards. Much prefer to just steam them. Done in just a few minutes without the mess and just as good!
