slice real thin, throw it in a ziploc. add one lemon squeezed, a lil italian dressing, tonys, and soy sauce. mix it up in the bag and let sit in the fridge for about 30 mins. the lemon will cook it a lil bit. throw that on a cracker or eat it like straight. pretty good stuff. i like to slice mine about 1/4inch thin and just dip in soy sauce with a lil hot sauce and eat it raw.

Few of my favs:

1 - raw with soy sauce and sesame seeds............drink beer with this meal

2 -steaks with Monreal steak seasoning medium rare with a Ginger/mango sauce on top of it..............drink chardonnay with this meal

3 - Tuna nachos....grill steak, cut in bite size slices with the texture of the meat. Put on fish on top of homemade fried flour tortillias with guacamole and add fruit salsa over the fish............drink margarittas with this meal.

grill steak to your liking with just some salt & pepper, place on sourdough wheat bun with jalepeno mayo, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, & tomato.

I cut some tuna up a couple weeks back and threw it in a ziploc with about 1/2 cup soy sauce, 5 or 6 fresh squeezed lemons, few dabs of Tabasco and a lil Tony's. Left it in the fridge for about 30-40 min then just laid them out on a baking pan and went to town on 'em! It was pretty awesome, my next batch I wanna throw a fresh cut onion and diced tomato in there as well.
