Default teal recipes

Gonna cook some teal this afternoon. Usually make gumbo on ducks. Looking for some ideas/recipes besides gumbo?

Thanks

I tried these on the grill the other day. They sure came out good. Shot up wit garlic herb marinade put a heavy smoke til golden brown then put in pan 2 cans of chicken broth in the pan with a little of the marinade and onions. Cover wit foil put back on the pit and let simmer til tender. Seasoned the outside of the duck wit salt blackpepper and red pepper.

My brother in law stuffs them with smoked deer sausage and bakes them. I've never had it but they say it's very good.
