purple onion, minced garlic, red bell pepper, mushroom, lemon juice, salt and cayene to taste cooked down in olive oil butter basil and bay leaf, cooked low to med heat, till veggies bout half done add lump blue crab and continue to cook couple more minutes, makes alot seal whats left over for the next victim.

I go to rouses and get 2 seafood stuffed bellpeppers for 5$. Take the stuffing out of the bellpeppers, stuff the founder then dice up the bell pepper and put on top of the fish
|

1 lb crab meat
1 lb shrimp 1 box herb and seasoning stove top stuffing 1 onion 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup cut shrimp in tiny pieces saute onions until clear. add crab meat and shrinmp. saute until shrimp are cooked add cans of soup and simmer. turn off heat. add stove top to mis. you want mixture to still be moist but not to moist. stuff flounder and bake in oven 45 minutes at 350. |
