Default Feb 5, 6, & 7th

Feb 5th
Had Mr Bob and his two sons and it was just a bad day of fishing for us. We fished till noon and only boated about 7 trout so I rescheduled trip and sent them home free of charge ..

Feb 6th
Had Mr Brad and his son and nephew . We had to wait out the rain to pass and headed out around 10am .. Fishing started off slow but I finally found a good bite on redfish and these two boys went to work . Caught Reds on gulp tipped with some dead shrimp .

Feb 7th
Had Ms Jane with her son and daughter . We got on a great trout bite that was not one after another but it was steady bite . Fished till around 11 and called it a day . All trout were caught in slow sinking suspending baits working slow .

Nice report W! Bet those boy had a blast. That's my fav bait for catching reds.
Do you think the dead shrimp helped with the gulp?

Don't think it makes a huge difference if your working the bait but with kids it helps a lot because they don't under stand how to work the bait to get a strike
