Default Power Pole sportsman II vs pro series II?

I went to academy tonight and seen they sell power poles now...the 8ft sportsman II is $1290 and the pro series II is $1550 ...i couldnt tell much difference in them cept for price and that your pro series comes with a smart phone app to control it and that its powder coated for extra saltwater protection........is this the only difference? doesnt seem like much or a difference for an extra $250...your thoughts?

If you have not already done so, go to power poles web site and read up on them.

what I heard a few years ago was that the sportsman parts were not as sturdy, but that was before they came out with the sportsman II. Although, if you look at the spot it mounts to the transom the plates are different on the pro and the sportsman II. Looks like the pro also comes with two years more warranty
