Very easy....Make a roux with about a cup of oil and flour. You want a dark chocolate roux. After your roux is cooked add 1 large chopped onion and 1/2 bell pepper and let it cook down till they are tender. Then add about 2 quarts of water and let it simmer on low for about 2 hours. Season to taste with whatever seasoning you like. Add anywhere from 3 to 5 pounds of shrimp let it simmer for about 5 mins. Now add your boiled eggs if you like that and green onions. Let it sit for about 20 mins before your serve.
