I've made these before they are awesome!!!!! I Mix some shredded cheddar with the cream cheese also.

wonder how they'd turn out in the oven if put on a rack so the heat gets all the way around the "turd" and the grease drips off.

whattya think?

They work great in the oven ! done more in the oven than on the smoker.
google, jalapeno popper rack. They are available at acadamey.
