Default what the heck there DEER

On my way to the deer lease i saw a doe standing on a pipeline. Know this was around 2pm at 97 deg. She was just standing there looking at me. This deer was red. I mean a deep red. So I watched her for awhile. on my way out of the deer lease i saw two does standing out on the pipeline in a food plot. This was at 430pm. I just could not believe these deer are out and about in the middle of the day at 97deg. What do you think is going on. I guess the heat has fried there brains and they dont know what to do.

Seen this many times around my house, mosquito's are horrible around there, I believe that's the only place they can get away from them is out in the open, plus it's hot as hell in the woods, not a breeze at all.

Default Deer have to eat too.

I have been seeing a doe and fawn almost every day in the same spot, usually in the morning around 7:30-8 and again in the afternoon around 2-4. They are always eating the alligator grass where I have been seeing them. I guess it is one way to hydrate themselves.
