Default Land loan?

I am wanting to buy some land in the near future to build a house on, 3-5 acres. Does anybody know of a finance company that is easy to deal with and good rates??

Jeff Davis but not real happy with their loan department from previous experiences, I have been using cse credit union for all my loans last couple of years. I just wanted to see where other people had good experiences with.

I live in Moss Bluff and use JD Bank for everything and have had good luck, built 2 houses with them, Call or go by the Moss Bluff branch and talk to Jeff Johnson and he will treat you right or call Cody Heard at Premier Lending 337-304-0400 and tell him Jason Andrus told you to call, this is a friend of mine and he should be able to set you up

First Federal in Carlyss is offering 4.5% (if I remember correctly, it was 4 something) for 10 or 15 years. That's who I just went with on my land purchase, ask for Russell and tell him Brad Arceneaux sent you.
