Default VBay Tournament

So, I am doing my first saltwater tournament this weekend in Vbay, I normally do freshwater bass tournaments and I just fish Vbay for fun. I have an 18ft alumicraft with a 60HP. If at all possible I would like some tips for the Vbay on where to catch some bull reds, Trout, and flounder? Ill mostly be going for bull reds instead of everything else but any tips will be appreciated I do not know many spots out there and anything that I can learn from you guys will be very helpful. Thanks!

Try an incoming/outgoing tide at the mouth of and along the banks of Shark Bayou. It might save you some time and gas instead of heading to the pass

Scroll through the Fishing Reports section. There is some occasional info on VB... Alphaman has posted some maps, etc.... You may send him a PM.

If reds that you want bring some dead shrimp and go fish the well heads in Cote Blanche bay. You can see the wells as you round the point to the east. Move around as much as you can. If wind is an issue go into weeks bay and fish the banks on the leeward side.

Are you referring to the tournament out of Dons? I may be wrong but I think it's only slot redfish.
