Default GPS/Depth Finder Advice

I recently got me a little alum boat and I am looking for the best bang for my buck in a GPS/depth finder. Price range 200$ ish. I really don't know where to start looking, so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Look at the lowrance elite 4 they are a nice little graph. If you get into the 300-350 range the lowrance elite 5 and the humming bird helix 5 are nice units. All of these have good features and a great for the money.
