Little Chenier

How would one go about getting contacts to a lease opening in the lil chenier area? Contacts or any input would be much appreciated. Any where in that general area nothing specific. Going look at a camp to buy in the area and just curious to see how I could find the right people to talk to. Thanks.

Most of the property is Miami and has a long waiting list depends on how far down little chenier rd. it is towards the end is some school board property which comes up for bid every few years I looked at a camp down there a couple of weeks ago but it was not what it was being made out to be

Talk to the neighbors around the camp, pretty tough getting a lease down there from what I've heard. Usually someone is already waiting when the lease pops up for sale.

Its probably the same one then...I want it mainly to have access to some fishing areas but will want to eventually get on a lease if possible. Im gonna look at it, if its junk i aint buying it but might be able to offer cash right then and there to make a good deal. I know some people down there so its mainly to have somewhere to get away from the house and bring my boy's.

I have hunted down there years back. Like anywhere else not all blinds kill..

Killed this fatty over there. Can't remember any bad hunts. But this was 10-12yrs ago
