Default Homemade Meatballs For Poor Boys

Having made such a large amount of red gravy the other day I thought meatball poor boys would be perfect for dinner this evening. About 4.5 lbs of ground beef along with some bread crumbs and other ingredients I made 23 tennis ball sized meatballs. I also took out a package of my homemade hot Italain sausage and they are all baking right now and they will all be going into a pot of red gravy to get even better tasting than it already smells.

Alright, so the meatballs baked for 30-35 minutes and I took them out and put them into the simmering gravy with the Italain sausages.

Once again the smells from the homemade sauce had the whole house smelling fantastic.
Done and time to eat!

Meatballs, provalone cheese, mayo, pickles and just a lil mustard.
