Default New Ride

Calcutta37 & I decided to go in half on a bay boat and both agreed on a Haynie. We bought Chem Man's 24 H.O. with a merc. 250 pro xs loaded. Here's a couple of pics.

I don't see any problems in the future. We been fishing together for about 4 years now. We fished in his blazer bay for a while and in my hydrasports since 07.

Let me know how that boat sharing is going in a year....been there with my dad....you will be buying one out in one fishing season...
reason

you did not put gas back in it
you broke it so fix it
why did you not tell me the batteirs were shot
why did you not clean it like I do
you did not hear the bearings going out
$900 on repairs...I could of got them done cheaper
are you going to fix the gell coat where you cut it?? I was not me
where did that crack in the lid come from?
4th of july i want the boat...no you had it last weekend
did you fix the lights?
it was not my fault

Just saying...been here

What Pox is referring to are the bad feelings between life-long friends caused by a situation such as this. Not to say that this will happen in your case, but, it turns sour quite often.

I have a close friend that, together with his brother-in-law, bought a $300k offshore rig a couple of years ago. I remember how close they were even back in high school. Well, they ended up selling the boat 8 months later for less than half of what they paid, and, to my knowledge, neither has spoken a word to the other since.

BTW, do you own all the boat half the time, or, half the boat all the time?

Congrats to you both...nice lookin' rig.

Didn't think I'd ever utter these words, but, W is right.
