thanks fool. ya beat me to it. i was about to start the same type of thread, and introduce myself as a new member. been lurking for a few weeks and have enjoyed reading here. i really like the range of personalities here. makes for some fun reading when y'all start sparring. sorry to hijack the thread, but i'll take the opportunity to introduce myself. my name is Derek. i live in westlake. i'm no where near a pro fisherman. most days im lucky to catch heard heads, lol.
I do pipeline work, so im almost never home. always in some God forsaken other part of the country. luckily, right now, im on a project that goes from donaldsonville to galveston.
long story short, have no bills, so i was going to get a newer corvette. i decided, through all of my previous f***-ups, that a boat would be more enjoyable for the family (my wife and 4yr old son). bought a sea-ark stealth from denham springs dealership 3 months ago, and think its the best thing i could have done. now i spend sundays making memories with my family. same kind of childhood memories i have with my dad.
any way, sorry this got so long. thanks for having me here. and hope to post some pics of me and the family's trips that rate with y'alls soon.
