Struggle on the 14th
 

Ended up with 10 trout. No pic. Necessary. Extreeemely hot. We had to go to w. Cove to catch the few fish . The birds must be sweating cause they had enough un-fried brain cells left to stay off the hot lake. I thing in a few days if the wind gives us a break we should see some volume of trout comming off the lake. That is if we get a little rain and stop the lake water from boiling. Actually the lake doesn't look bad, from the morning to the afternoon the lake was visiblely clearer. Hope for the best.

Glad I decided to work today and not use a vacation day........

Went to 210 one good trout 16 flounder 8kepper reds and about 40 15 inch reds oh yea and heat stroke

That old saying goes, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work. Glad ya'll got some fish in the freezer, I just have ice in mine :cry:

Had 2 man limit in 2 hours all on topwater...well my wife threw a sparkle beetle...boated about 60 trout

Well we were limited with small boat wish I made bank like w to get big boat to run and gun not worry about wind

Right next to a telephone pole, but when you say,"I think this is it", it's not, so your going to have to go way further east, and then, you a crab float, just go north of that, and BAM, your 100 ft away from trout!
