Thanks for sharing Fishmaster. I wish I would have bought a lot 30 years ago....

Wow! That's a huge difference in what we see today. Gerald hit it on the head. NOT ONE PIECE OF TRASH ANYWHERE! The people of yesterday certainly had a lot more respect for the land as a whole than we do today(as a whole).

Thanks for posting!

Back then, if you dropped trash on the beaches, your parents whupped your ***.

Raymond 06-16-2010 03:56 PM

thanks

RaginCagin 06-16-2010 04:21 PM

Thanks very much for sharing those pics., incredible. Times sure have changed. Not one million dollar camp, almost nothing existed on the beach side, and cars were allowed on the beaches. And no Arties:p

If you keep clicking thru the Flickr menu on Fonvillewinans, you can access hundreds of other historical photos of other parts of Louisiana. Very cool. Thanks again for turning us on to that site.

Awesome pics for sure.
That place is still in my dreams for one reason or another. I miss it. Damn shame what's happening there.
