beef-its whats for dinner
 
What is everyone cooking this weekend. I have family coming over on saturday. Im planning on burgers for lunch,havent decided what kind of beef steak to grill for supper yet. Might head out afterwhile and go shopping. Whatever it is,We gonna chase that cow down with some good ol homeade ice cream.

We are planning on going crabbing if the weather gets better.
If not, we will prolly smoke some pork ribs and chickens.

Just got back from Rousses. Got a big ribeye rack,some fresh bread,sweet corn on da cob, honeydew melons,and big taters.

Got a crew coming to the Lake...Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, patato salad, BBQ beans Saturday for lunch, Brisket, green beans, french bread for Dinner, and some homemade butterfinger ice cream somewhere in between.....then a cruise down the river for the fireworks...

Heading to Larto lake for the weekend.

Tonight= Chicken and Sausage sauce picante

Tomorrow=Brisket, Chicke/pineapple sausage, Deer sausage nd all the fixins

Sunday= Spotted cat, frog legs, hush puppies, fries

Lots of Vodka and Bud Light

We are stayin at a girl named Summer Gremillion's camp. It is about a mile before that little gas station and the larto lounge. Where are you staying? You not staying with a guy named Beau are you?

Yep, we'll be there around 5:30. Should be a pretty big crew down there this weekend. They want me to cook a chili now to make frito chili pies so ya'll come next door and eat I know all Beau will be worried about is his Vodka.

Feast for the 4th
 
Got Brisket and Ribs seasoned and wrapped in the fridge waiting for the smoke. Plan on starting the brisket Saturday evening and throw the ribs on Sunday morning. Also gonna have beans, dressing, tator salad and garlic bread for the Sunday feast.:fireworks::fireworks:
