ok, so i had a guy come look at my boat tuesday and gave me a 100 dollar deposit to hold it until he can sell his truck so he can get me the cash. well he said that he would update me day to day, i didnt hear from him till thursday when i texted him and he replied and said he is going to let me know friday. well its sunday and 2 calls and a text later i stil have heard nothing. I have to go to minneapolis for 2 days leaving tomorrow afternoon and im storing the boat at a buddies but he needs it gone soon.

what should i do if the guy doesnt get to me by tomorrow?

Take his money and re-list it, probably having a hard time selling whatever he is selling to get you the money, to me a deposit is non refundable if he has broken his end of the deal.

a lot of times the buyer gets cold feet while getting the money together and backs out

i know this now, and ive had 3 offers that ive turned down

I'd then give is money back and call them 3 offers back! If you have nothing in writing then oh well, you can't wait on something that probably won't happen.
