got this in an email
Check out this Contender that "ran aground". Boat was only 6 hours old. Operator claimed he was doing 28 knots. Both people on board were 100% sober. Cost him $10,000 to have Tow Boat US pull him back to the water. 4 tow lines parted in the process. MSRP on the boat ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 depending on options. |
Looks like he shoulda bout a airboat
looks like he fell asleep.....
Dummie, some people have more money than sense. I can understand hitting a sand bar or a reef but geez hes about 40 yards onto the bank.
there was a debate on this awhile back...
I got this about a week ago......I have a hard time believing he was going 28 knots......maybe 58 knots! That's a long ways!
Dumbarse, if he would have given it some gas he could have made it out to the otherside.;)

your buddie's name is Ray ?? |
No, If Ray would of nailed it we would of made it and I would not of had to push. I think he was worried about scratching the bottom of his new bote, but it got scratched anyway. Actually, if he would of nailed It I would just had to push farther.
The key......... never run at full throttle that way you got more to give when ya need it. So he says |
Speaking of Ray what days you off work?:D
Ray that is!
I go home tomorrow morning. Fishing is done for the next 2 weeks.
Dang Ray, I was planning on going fishing this weekend, couldn't you stay out there another week?
2 weeks of dis **** is all I can take. Sorry cuz...
some people:shaking:
just deserve to get kicked in the nuts on a daily basis:*****: |
Money cant buy everything! :shaking::shaking:
dunno how far he is from the bank...but i highly doubt it computes to 28 knts
Tide was up and the grass was wet with the morning dew so the drag coefficient was very low that day.
RIGHT |
I think it was determined that he was coming from the opposite direction, and that those ruts were made from someone on a atv of some sort.
