Just got the text from LoupGarou, tonights provider of Free all you can eat oysters on the half shell.

We will be serving BIG, FIRM, FAT, SALTY, EAST BAY OYSTERS tonight.

For those who do not know, Pensacola East Bay is cooled by fresh water rivers that flow into them. The waters are not hot like the Louisiana Bays are during the summer. The LA oysters are generally milky and not salty this time of year.

But not these East Bayers. They are like the coldest LA winter oysters.

BIG, FIRM, FAT, and SALTY.

So it is worth a 30 mile drive from the FloraBama area to P-Beach for a Wednesday night event.

See Ya There!!!!
