State police say a 19-year-old Kinder man was killed when he was struck by tractor-trailer in Plaquemines Parish.
Troopers say Garrett Randall All was lying in the middle of the right lane of La. Highway 23 near Venice around 2 a.m. Wednesday when the tractor-trailer driver spotted All but was unable to avoid hitting him.
All was taken to Ocshner Hospital West Bank, where he was pronounced dead.

one of my aunts (paramedic) picked him up... my uncle (PPSO) worked the case and his wife, my aunt (E.R Nurse) worked on him at Ocshner.

Why work on a dead person?

I go to school in kinder. Im in band with his little sister... she isn't taking it well

He was supposed to be headed down to Venice to work on the oil cleanup stuff... Only 19 or 20 already a heavy drinker... Its already all around school. Not a good situation

Haha no im a senior i get out at 11:20... but i get on salty during class anyway... they let us have our laptops at school now and the internet blocks dont cover well...

He was trying to get straitened out and off the drinks... but he went to a bar after work and got drunk on a bunch of tequila.... he then passed out in the middle of the highway trying to walk home.
