Hope everyone has a happy and SAFE holiday weekend.Just gonna hang out with the wife and put a brisket on the pit and watch football.

I lost one of my real good computer friends from smoking meatforums .com wed. and i think i'll fire up the smoker in his honor this weekend. RIP Ron.:(:(
