Johnson Bayou camp houses
 

I'm looking for a little guidance, any help is appreciated. I'm plannning a trip for mid Oct. to Johnson Bayou area to take my dad and brothers fishing. Fished Big Lake in the past and want to try something new. Anyhow, was curious if anyone may have some suggestions on camp houses to rent...ideally on the water and can sleep 4-8 people.

If you have someone that has a camper I know where there is camper spots in JB.

Awesome, thanks! Besides JB/Holy Beach area...any other areas of LA we should consider? My old man loves pulling specs into the boat and hadn't had the chance to do so in a while.

If you are planning on bringing a boat, I would stay at Holly Beach. The boat ramp
is closer than if you were in JB.
