Dularge Trout Slam

Great day on the DU! We started off slow and finished fast! The trout didn't start biting until the tide started falling and then it was on big time! I had the pleasure of fishing with Jerome Pitre and we brought along deckhand Pat Olivier to work the powerpole. The guys busted up the fish in short order with LSU chubs and swim baits. We finished up by 10:30 with 75 nice fish and headed back to the camp. The trout averaged 14-18in. The warmer temps have the trout eating up again and I'm looking forward to more great action through the weekend. ..... Big thanks to Capt. Gerald for helping out today as they had a great day catching 75 trout too! Pics later. Good luck fishing.
