Dularge 11-18

Finally got a day off after working 26 straight. Decided to squeeze in a trip to the DU today before we head to disney world tomorrow. Woke up this morning to the sound of pouring rain, ***? Decided to go anyway, rained on us all the way to the launch. Rode out to lake menchant and was met with a stiff nw wind @ about 15-20 mph. Another ***? Birds were working everywhere, no fish. Managed a few white trout. Made my way to a deeper bayou off mud lake to get out the wind. Sun finally came out, wind was still whipping. Started seeing some reds working the shorline, gave up on the trout. Managed to boat a few reds. Most of them had lock jaw. And to top it all off i hit something on the way back in and knocked the lower unit off. Had to get towed back in. Corey, better be glad you didnt come. Pretty ****ty day overall!
