Had two boats running with a group from Texas/Louisiana. My texas guys were looking for a repeat SLAM like last year (at first light it wasnt looking good!!). We were greeted with the worst case scenario for catching trout (brutal winds, dirty water). It only took two stops and we were Duing what we Du best, loading the boat with Trout!!!!! The bite was on as we had trout, reds, bass, and a lonely flounder being slung into the boat. The guys had a total blast reeling in over 100 fish. Plastic baits is all you need in Dularge!!! We left the fish biting when we were finished. Looking for a repeat today with the same group. Thanks to Capt. Rob Dupont for running the second boat and putting his crew on the trout also. I know his crew had a good time as they were hooping and hollering all day!! Capt. Marty LaCoste 985-856-4477 www.absolutefishingcharters.com captmartyl@yahoo.com |
