Duck report 11-20-10

Well went down to Hackberry Rod and Gun, got in Friday evening around six welcome to friendly staff and hunters. Bacon raped duck breast where on the grill. A delicious dinner was followed, well next morning everyone woke and had a big breakfast and was ready to go. Hopped in the truck and headed down the road, got to the blind right about 5:30. Ducks where flying, but were very spooky. Well long story short, it was a very slow day with blue bird skys but nice wind. We ended the day with three grays, two GWT, and one spoony. A couple of people only coming back with one or two ducks, and mostly teal. At least everyone had a good time and meet some great people.

We had the same bluebird issue today in Kaplan. Slow day, birds were very skiddish and HIGH up! 12 birds total. 2 pintail, 2 spoonies and the rest were teal.
