Wade fishing Friday.

Looking to get out on biglake Friday morning to wadefish.

Anyone else going? Ive seen some reports of the west cove being good. But prolly gonna be wading out of my kayak since I won't have a boat.

Looking for a 7+ pounder

speck-chaser 11-22-2010 08:39 PM

good luck with the high pressure

yak'em-n-stack'em 11-22-2010 08:42 PM

Caught my current biggest last year 5 lbs 11 oz. Middle of winter 2 days after a front with a high pressure sitting over me. As well as my biggest bass 6 lbs 3 oz last year. Same situation.

Fish still eat in high pressure. ESP the big ones

Weather supposed to really suck Friday.

Gerald 11-22-2010 08:44 PM

Yep....watch the weather. Big Cold front coming through Thur. night. 70% rain for Friday.

But this could all change????????????????

yak'em-n-stack'em 11-22-2010 08:55 PM

Maybe it's because I've taken on a different style fishing.

But do fish not bite in weather that is not enjoyable to humans?

Because I have caught fish in all of the weather situations that are no-no s to average fishermen

huntin fool 11-22-2010 08:57 PM

Young grasshopper, I often fish by 1 rule..Life is too short to only hunt and fish only the pretty days..
But they older and smarter i'm getting, i'm starting to learn that sometimes, it just aint worth it.

:work: The wise one has spoken! :smokin:

Lmao at Fool!!!!

Mediumheavyaction6'6 11-22-2010 09:11 PM

when you fish to fill your freezer weather plays a role. when you fish for the love of the game being on the water is enough.

the fat one has spoken!

yak'em-n-stack'em 11-22-2010 09:13 PM

damn

you hit the nail on the head

Cold, rain, windy. Auburn & Alabama on TV might be a better option with left over Thanksgiving food and beer.
