Saturday Morning Trout Slam!
 

Another great day of fishing on the DU! Figured the trout would be warmer & hungry before the approaching cold front. They were! Perry Pellegrin from Houma wanted some trout fillets to bring to Alabama for his deer hunting trip next week. I told him it was pretty much a sure thing and the rest is history! Perry brought his son Bryce and Dead-eye Chris also joined us for our adventure. We only had to fish 2 locations to fill the big igloo. The boys had a great time as Bryce and Chris put on a clinic. They easily caught their limits! It was fast & furious at our second stop with lots of head-shaking yellowmouths thrashing all over the surface! Double and triple hook-ups with plenty of action. Perry and I caught our share too! We were done early and headed back to the camp before 11:00. No place like Dularge! Good luck fishing.
