Duck Calls
Im gonna buy myself a new call for Christmas and Im leaning towards an RNT short barrel... Anybody got experience with these in the field? I love the way it sounds but I dont want to have to take it apart constantly and clean the reed cause it is sticking. Also any opinions other on calls?

i have an RNT acrylic daisy cutter...LOVE IT...you do have to clean it a bunch but it is definitely the best sounding call for me

I also have a RNT Macrohen that I haven't even hunted with. Its a short barrel. Paid $75 for it. Just not my style. Will let it go for $50

Bob, I have an original and short barrel and the original is under the seat in truck rolling around. |

Hobo ICU2 or Zink PH2
Use my zink more than anything...then the ol' DR 85
I have a Big Guys Best acrylic single reed...not my style but is loud as hell!! Very nice call...may be willing to part with it just bought it in October.

I hear you! I like my zink b/c i can make her squeal ;) really i love how I can make the cajun squeal with her...and its only the polycarb...I would love to try a HOBO double reed. acrylic or the zink ph2 acrylic..they seem to be pretty darn good. |

That's a collectors item Sully, BG been dead over ten yrs. Had to bury him in a 69 Buik he was so large! |

I got a RNT daisy cutter acrylic. I like mine alot but here lately I seem to find my haydels carbon kwacker in my hands more
