airbrushing

Anyone here accomplished at airbrushing? Been wantin' to try it for some time. How much artistic ability (drawing) does it require?

I know a guy in vicksburg that airbrushes, he's pretty good been doing it for years, when he first started he used stencils for tshirts and added his own thing to it, I know it does take artistic ability, there is hours of art videos you can watch to get better at it. If I was to get in to airbrushing, I'd like to do murals of swamp scenes or bayous, outdoor pics etc.

Airbrushing is for the flea market and black peoples RIP shirts when their cousins get killed in the hood. That's it nothing more

ROF*****!:*****::*****::*****:

I seen some awesome airbrushed art on cars, motorcycles, it can get pretty detailed, what type of airbrushing you want to do? art, or tshirt crap? If you want to do t shirts get into screen printing it doesn't require being an artist, you can design on computer print out design and iron it on tshirt and you can even make some hood t's for my democrat hommies!

Salty, I can get ya about any airbrush ya may want. I would suggest an Iwata. They are really the top of the line and reasonably priced. Probably less than some of those reels you have given to Pox(who is currently trashin' ya!:*****:)!!! Let me know if ya'd be interested in me looking into it for ya.

I guess Jeremy really does have a man crush on me. I'm the only one whose name he knows how to spell. :p I'm really kind of surprised, too. Sometimes those words that have a second letter that hides like the two 'f's in Jeff can fool somebody who uses Hooked on Phonics. :thefinger:

I was gonna get a Paasche....but.......

southern151 12-30-2010 09:50 AM

Paasche's aren't a bad piece of equipment either. I have a friend back home that is an artist and he uses both but will grab his Iwata first.
