looks like the guy stuck it in a dehydrator.....osmosis removed the the missing 2lbs

My Cousin caught this one with me this past summer. He had never caught a trout on topwater before and this was his 1st topwater trout. 28" 7lbs Bout the same size as old boys. Probably bigger. Skinny like his.
