East side of the lake from Pelican Point to NE Turners and on West side from South of Texaco Cut to Turners.
Water was super clear. We could see Oysters and shell everywhere we went.
If the water was under 3' deep, we could see the bottom.

SaltyShaw 02-12-2011 09:05 PM

Damn! Water was slick today on the way to the weirs it was a nice day on the lake wish y'all woulda had better luck though man

Ray 02-12-2011 09:07 PM

We shoulda hit the Reds. But for some reason, we wanted Trout.
Got out the house and ran the boat. Better than watching TV.

Nice catch. Glad to see you got that cast off. We made a snow goose hunt and didnt see much so we picked up deeks and shut down the blind till next year. Time to wet a hook now!
