Coon *** microwave

anybody know where i can find one ....... looked on the net and them things are expensive and way to fancy ...... all i want is one that cooks, i don't need my name on it or wheels, just a normal one..... i figure someone still makes them

You may be better off making your own. A friend of mine looked all over for a while when he wanted one but they were all high like giraffe boogers so he cancelled that plan.

A trashcan does just as good of a job. Much cheaper and dual purpose.

I would stay away from any material with galvanize on it!
FFF might be able to tell ya how much lead you will be consuming after the fact.

Galvanized should't hurt as long as you're not inhaling the fumes. Don't use insaide for sure.

Josh, what's your email? I have one that I had made, never cooked in it and is double insulated. It is 4'x2'x2'. Sheet metal inside and large, deep coal box. email me at jp_cajun@yahoo.com

Depending on how much at one time or how big a piece of meat you want to cook, get an Orion Cooker. I got one and it will cook a 14 lb Turkey in 1 3/4 hr.; they are stainless steel and do just as good as a coon*** microwave in my opinion.

a coonass microwave is nothing more than an oven to me

I have built a couple but they were at work for work so cost was no object. did one that would do 100 lb pig one that would 200lb + pig.
All stainless and ceader

But it's no fun to sit in the kitchen around the oven drinking beer with your friends.

Meat won't dry out like in an oven.
Coonass Mwave keeps the moisture in the box.

Give Gary Matte Home Builders in Rayne a call. They have all kind of cooking stuff, and the simple Cajun Microwaves. Have one, love it.

What Blue said! :D
