I would appreciate some info please.

I have a friend with people coming in from Russia. I would appreciate it if anyone had an idea or help where we could probably pick up some reds and show them a few good fights. I know they say they are everywhere but with wind and rain, may have moved. Also, are they still laying on the jetties? Thanks much, Danny.

You want reds...I will give you some JSmoke 411 advice...get there at 4am and go to the weirs with some gulp...............All day....rip em up!!!:p:p

TIP: dont go to the Jetties..you will just burn gas

In other words you can catch reds at the weirs...if you are not affected by crowds and peoples attitudes.

I had heard that too, thanks. With the 15 mph south winds tomorrow I was considering launching at east jetties and run the bank, thanks again.

if you can find some marsh cuts or on the leeward side of the wind and toss out some skrimps I'd imagine you could catch some reds or drum...

I thank yall for the info, I think I will put in at Calcasieu Point, start with the Salt Ditch, check out Kelso and maybe work down towards the Grey ditch. May also check out Turners, staying on wind break bank of island. Again, thanks for the info, Danny.
