Couldn't revive this one. I caught him in my kayak. I learned real quick not to use a stringer off my kayak during the summer. I guess i should keep my feet out the water also.

i lost a nice one a couple weeks ago at least he left u with more than a head

Tragic. If you don't release it or eat it, it sucks to have to throw something that nice back and get nothing out of it.
Did you see it get hit, or did it sneak up on you?
